What To Bring
Come dressed in comfortable, breathable clothing... something that is not too tight on your belly.
No short shorts or revealing sports bras, please.
We show respect to others by covering our bodies appropriately.
It is recommended to bring socks and a hoodie or sweater to a restorative or yin class because we are not moving around enough to generate a lot a of body heat.
We provide clean mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, eye pillows, blankets, tea and water.
If you have a mat you love to practice with, you are welcome to still use it. Before you enter the practice room please remove your shoes and use a low quiet speaking voice while in the studio.
Others may be meditating before class and we would like to foster an atmosphere that is ideal for relaxation and meditation.
