Golf Testimonial

"Let me begin by saying I was quite skeptical about joining a yoga class, but being associated with golf I decided to join. I have found the results fantastic. The rotation through my lower back increased dramatically over a 7 week period. I am also hitting the ball longer, with less effort. I won't say that this has led to lower scores, but my swing feels more comfortable, and relaxed. Also to note, I have found relief in both my neck, and lower back. These areas have been problematic due to previous injuries, and honestly, I was unsure that yoga would be of any use. Thankfully I was mistaken."

Dying Consciously the Greatest Journey

"Our goal is to leave this life alive, to die consciously"

The greatest journey is dedicated to helping people to die consciously. It is designed for all persons involved in the dying process; the individual, friends and family members. It offers a message of hope with easy to follow steps, it is possible to bring dignity and peace back into the divine process.

The Greatest Journey shows us that we can come to the end of life with grace. It's purpose is to assist the person who is making the journey beyond death and to do so in a perfect manner, full of light.

The Great Death Rites practised by shamanic traditions allow us to understand the kind of physiological and emotional closure needed. They provide specific steps to bring reconciliation and healing both to loved ones and to the person dying.
